Easy peasy, if you can get hering or matjes at a store.

Mix:

2 cups of sour cream

splash of milk

2tbs mayo

Then add:

1 sliced onion,

1 sliced apple,

salt

a few whole black pepercorns

a bay leaf.

Rinse the fish filets and then pat dry. Fold into the sour cream mix and let it sit in the fridge over night.

Serve with steamed potatoes.

12-20-2011 Interview scheduled ...received letter 3 days later
