I might sound stupid !

I know that we have to send original/ certified docs to NVC like birth cert, marriage cert etc and also bring original docs ( birth cert, marriage cert) during the interview....But If we send original to NVC how could be bring another original at the interview ? ??? and do we get those original docs back after interview is done.Just confused !!!

Yes, you have to send originals/certified copies at the NVC stage, but you obviously can't bring them to the interview as NVC will have gotten them. Make sure you make copies of all originals/certified copies and you bring those to the interview. At the time of the interview, you'll get all original/certified copies back. If the officer forgets, then just remind them :)

When you send the original to the NVC (or the original of the certified copy) then they already have it and that will be part of the package forwarded to the consulate. If you are doing EP then the NVC only has scanned copies and you will need to bring the originals to the interview. :thumbs:
