now as far as i studied and read from different usa Departent and agencies revies ...i think now onwards the PD vl move slower and slower month after month...and my prediction for august 2011 is 3 month advancement means somewhere around June 2008 but mind u friends those who have filed for 2010 second half...it vl be very harsh for them....bcaz the total filing is too high in 2010 and only 2010 vl take around 2 years for 1 year PD advancement...so total waiting time for {second half}2010 and 2011 files will be around 4 to 5 years for sure.....

sorry but this is truth and we have to accept it....and pray to god that immigration law should be enacted asap.....sorry friends...but this is thruth {based on the number of petions being approved during 2011 and 2010}

I have waited 37 min to get someone in the line, guess what it was worthy I heard the best news in my life. You need to call DOS between 9am to 10am. Unfortunately, Only Department of State(DOS) only schedule your interview date, NVC is work as contractor between State department and overseas consulate.

Only DOS provided the current visa bulletin ( July or next), NVC only goes by monthly current which is June VB. I hope you understand it.

Ok just got of the phone with them exact same thing VB IS AUGUST 2007. And i told them about the new VB. They said it take effect 1st of JULY. But still she was like VB will be 2008 MARCH n ur case is APRIL 2008.. you may need to wait next month... i am getting frustrated. Hopefully she is wrong.

The thing i do not get is that they r not on the JULY VB and u have gotten the interview. They keep telling me that the VB is 2007 AUGUST. Thus u have and couple of other MARCH 2008 have gotten interview. That is confusing as heck. :crying:

Remember that I got confirmed my interview date that after VB July out, Even I was reading the post from other forum people from vietnam or philipines PD2008/March got interview, I never received any email from NVC till July 10th at 5:03 am.

So, just be patience..you will be next..

The guy is just expressing his opinion and he is entitled as a vj member. If he is wrong let him learn from his mistakes. If he is right then let's learn from his views. That is what the forum is all about. Let's wait for the results of the PDs of the succeeding months. These make the discussions exciting.

77% of 114,200 visa numbers for FY-2011 is assigned to F2A. that's 87934 visa number.

does that mean it'd take about 4.1 years to process the people on waiting list?

It should be less than 4.1 because many people would become USC and upgrade their case to IR.

I would say, 75% case were from mid 2010, PD will be slower after reach to Mid 2010 and move to per week. :bonk:

July 2011 VB is 22Mar08. In family preference category includes china mainland, india, phils, and mexico. So if the current PD is 22Mar08, how come there are interview schedules from F2A category this july 2011 in Mumbai, India for PD 2010? Kindly explain this to me, im getting confused. Hello. Dont allow yourself to be confused. I have read how others too (here) just worry and create confusion. The interview schudule posted as a courtry is just there to show when they have scheduled interviews. I dont even see it as a good tool to help guage what priority date cases they are working on ok. Those cases have priority dates march 22, 2008 or before imm sure.

I see. I thought those have 2010 PDs since their case numbers has 2010. I forgot, approval before was years to count. I based it on our approval timeframe. Lol. Thanks ricardo
