Did you call DoS number?

I would call every day if my PD is close to cut off date:

Here is DoS number: 202-663-1225, Press 1 and then 0, waiting time atleast 15-30 min.

ya i did call DOS,nvc and chennai consulate. But they said our pd is not yet current and wait till we recieve the interview letter. I dont know wat else to do. Me and my daughter's pd is 25 march 2008. So close and v didnt get interview for august 2011 :-( ven will tis waiting be over?

Don't worry ,it will be soon God willing...Just sit tight and wait a littleeeeeeeeeee more.Could be because of too much visa traffic at chennai conslate...I understand its very hard to wait specially when u are so close...But as they say the fruit of patience is always sweet...Hope and pray you will hear good news soon InshaAllah.

Yeah.. Thousand times I thought if the visa authority can't expedite the process why don't the US govt. just ban the LPRs from getting married??!!

1st time in last 3 years I'm not rushing to open the VB page again & again. God have mercy.. I hope everybody soon gets to live with their spouse for forever & ever..

we tried calling NVC for the update of visa bulletin and the operator said just call back on august 1.. does this mean vb will be release by august?? not that bad but hoping it would be worth to wait..

They always say that, it will be release today or tomorrow, keep checking the site.
