Aug PD will be Dec2008. I think by dec2011, the PD will be dec2009 because these are the cases that were maybe completed before the retrogression. I trust NVC will facilitate completed cases.

how u can predict another 9 month big jump?i dont think so because lot of new cases completed by this time and they r waiting for visa date.

so my prediction is it may move hardly may 22,2008.but i will be very much happy if it pass ahead of may.i am praying that u prediction will near correct.

You will not know untill last of week of this month, sometime DOS open the visa slot number 3rd week of the month and start schedule visa interview accordingly case priority date, My interview date was set up on 23rd of last month, i didnt know until i called them. hi VJ members, i have a priority date of Aug 23,2010 and i belong to the F2A category.I'm currently on F1 student status and will graduate august 2012.Then apply for OPT in August 2012 and the OPT will expire in August 2013.My question is should i adjust my status here in the USA or go for consular processing.Does anyone have an idea of when my priority date will be current?I need an advice please!!!!!

I would say you're on safe ZONE, by Aug 2013..you're PD will be current and you could do adjust the status here in US. Keep praying and make sure you'll not involve in any crime such as Assault, Felony etc, USCIS is very restrict to approve GC if you have one of them charges. Good Luck!!

NVC cannot to tell about visa availibilty. NVC only provide the current visa bulletin information, As I posted earlier, you only have one option is WAIT, I believe if PD move atleast one month or so, You will receive your interview email by 25th of JUNE....Try to call friday at DOS, DOS has the latest information than NVC.
