Hi I am new in VJ any clue when will be nov2009 PD current

I hope it will be Dec 2011 or may be Jan-Feb 2011.. Dont trust on my guess, I will be wrong anyway :star:

The fact that there is no or little transparency in the DoS system to print out PD (priority dates) suggests clearly an flawed process. In all, it might be a defunct excel sheet on someone's desk that

PD is Current.
PD is Current.

Since you directed your query to me I will give my honest guess. In the absence of your timeline ( you may want to fill up so others can comment) hope for your PD to be current on or before 1 year after your case is completed. This is my opinion with a basis of my own only.

Take the case of my daughter whose PD is Dec 2008 and case completed in October 2010. Her PD is coming close to being current on or before October 2011.

Really? My Pleasure. Check on reply of Miami boy too ( he means probably Jan-Feb 2012) it is close to my prediction. Isnt that exciting? Just bear in mind its all guesswork with a bit of basis.

THE interview is on the 30 OF THE AUGUST. Which may come on the EID HOLIDAY. I looked at the embassy website and it says that they are closed on the 31st of AUGUST. Does not mention the 30.

Does that mean it will be open on the 30? Should i call and reschedule? Who know when EID is going to be 30 or the 31. What should i do.? Should i call and tell them to move it to the 25? any help would be great. :thumbs: :thumbs:

Hello! Congrats again. I suggest you call to verify if they are opening on the 30th. But I guess, they wont give a schedule if its close/holiday. :)

so what do you think? :(

its mathematical and preciously statistical....which is based on trends (smoothing and moving average) but dont depict the irregularitues just like retroggestion and all that...so i think it is less reliable but u can use it in a broadway when u r in th f4 or f3 but not useful for f2a bcaz short term may have too much variations .....
