GETTING AN INTERVIEW SCHEDULE IS NOT MEANTHAT VISA NUMBER HAS BEEN ALLOTED TO THE CASE FILE, VISA NUMBER CAN BE AVAILABLE WHEN INTERVIEW TIME, BUT ONLY VISA CONSULATE OFFICER CAN MAKE THE VISA NUMBER ALLOTED TO THE CASE FILE! SO ANYBODY GET AP/AR ON INTERVIEW STATUS, IT LIKELY TO BE VISA NUMBER WILL BE TAKEN OFF AND RETURN TO MONTHLY BASE VISA OFFICE STOCK!!

If the July 2008 PDs are already receiving schedules for interview even before the release of the bulletin then there will be more to follow after the release. Next PD I guess is Oct 2008 but I am praying for it to be Dec2008.

I read somewhere it says that country qoata should be limited, INDIA, CHINA, MEXICO and PHILIPINES are the most qoata's taken which 7% of total visa availability.

Let say.. 3000 visa number available for month of August, It means any country around the world would get 3000 of 7% highest get schedule for interview.

so if the visa availability is less let say 1000 0r 500, now you could do the math and find out your visa on the table sheet.

Sorry guys!!!! thats my guess only, since some people get interview and some people not!

The PD for my husband and daughter is May 09 and i hope that it will be current by next month. i do agree with you that the dates will move to maybe oct or dec 2008. when does the Aug VB come out.
