WOW! That's a good news to hear. Your PD is May 2009 and still they told you to call them in the mid of july to get the date. Do let us all know as soon as you get the date! Take care

I think Getting interview will start only in june last week since the DOS has to establish a priority date first for the Aug VB.Only then they will know for whom to send interview letters.

That is what happened in the previous months..Evry one started getting interview notices around 27 /28 of the month..

no other F2A people with PD later than Mar 2008 has confirmed interview or notification from NVC that their case has started??

as we can see there are huge jumps in 2007 to 2010....and cut-off dates are moving like 13 months in every year from 1992 to 2011...this is just simple average of 13 months per year...

I would like to add a comment here. No one in the world can have an idea about priority dates movement based on the current data except for NVC's employees of course! Like for example, in March 2009 PD was July 2004. At that time, no one had a single bit of idea that by the end of December 2010 PD will cover almost 5 years!! as PD was August 2010 in December 2010. So just relax, pray to God and enjoy reading this forum!

Nothing new today non of got interview date yet it's look like shadow of sadness every where but don't loose hope soon all 2008 F2A will meet their love ones again inshaAllah.

Hello Vjers, I'm new here, just to let you know that my niece's PD is 29OCT 07, and we are still waiting for an interview letter. I already call the NVC and DOS, they told me that the case it's not current yet, and to wait till next month to see what happens.

i guess it will jump directly to jan 09 , why is that if u checked the http://www.travel.state.gov/pdf/Cut-off_Dates_worldwide_online.pdf u will find that each FY take about normally for F2A visa 4 months per year, and since that 2008 had been repeated 5 times before so i think it will jump directly to 2009 and in next 4 months (aug,sep,oct, nov) will finish all 2009 PD's. and then in dec 2010 it will jump directly to aug 2010 PD.
