HELP PLEASE! Problems adding family member on CSC site

So this afternoon I got packet 3 and I immediately registered on the CSC site and I'm pretty sure this afternoon I was able to put my information and then add my son as a family member. I just went back and his information is not in there and it won't let me add it. Also, he has a different case number than me and there is a note that if your family member has a different case number then they need their own interview? How is this possible when hes 14? Does the site sometimes do strange things? Will it show up again tomorrow? I did try and log in using his details and it said he couldn't because he was my family member?

Please help ease my mind.

Thanks!

I'm trying to add my 14 yr old son as an additional family member but its not letting me! He does have a different case number but he's only 14 so he's a minor and I can't imagine he would schedule an interview for himself. Any advice would help?

Hi there. I've merged your two threads on the same topic. I'm going to move the new thread from the Canada forum over to General Immigration Discussion. Your question is more likely to get answered there. :) Good luck.

 Thank you Krikit! Whatever gets me an answer!

 Thank you Canadianggal, they were able to fix it immediately. Apparently I had two profiles, one with a strange birthdate and that's the one where he was! I LOVE this site!
