This thread is full of win! lol.

If you don't have thick skin to begin with, you have no idea how tough the immigration process can be.

Be ready for the long haul, as most people said, it might take up to a year more for this case. Good Luck!

Listen to what these people are saying and stop posting blindly to comfort yourself.

Going through this entire post its clear to me that - they need a lawyer.

The OP is frustrated. He claims his wife refuses to join and ask questions. If niether parties are willing to invest the time into learning the process so that they can be together they need to either give each other up or get a lawyer.

No one else can do this for you guys.

im sorry my wife did not want enter to this site she saw what everybody said here and she get so sick she cant handl that and she told me dont talke on the site but i know that everybody can help me here becaus you all have so much experience

Personally, I'd rather talk with her, than you.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

We all want to talk to her so we can see if we can help or not.

I've been thinking exactly what Blue said--if this is the way you treat us--the exact people who want to help--maybe that is the way you treat everyone, including the CO, so you irritated the hell out of him and here you are--in a mess.

You only get one more chance, and you can start right now by getting your wife here with you--otherwise we are all ready to throw in the towel, and that's never the right answer.

I can see why you're frustrated and I can see why everyone else who is TRYING to HELP you are frustrated too. You want help, but you nor your wife do not want to listen to what everyone on VJ has to say, so how can they help you? From what you've said about your wife, it seems as though that she doesn't want to pursue the case and give up - Why else is she telling you not to post on a site that has an abundance of information and helpful people who have gone through almost every aspect of the immigration process? If my husband wanted nothing to do with a site like this that has helped us in every step of the immigration process, I'd question that, and I'd question the fact that the missing information can be easily provided by the petitioner (your wife).

I really hope that you and your wife get your act together. Like Blue said, no one else can do this for you guys.

2)additional documents:all the document my wife sent like letter forms spnsor forme

Your probably just missing some information, when I sent my i864 we sent in 2007,08 and 09. My husband just had his first interview on 5/31 and he was not missin any info but received a 221 g saying he as not eligible for visa, they return all our original documents and his passport, but the kept all the proof and pic. I did emailed my husband income tax for 2010 even though they did not ask on the letters, but once he was in front of the officer he did ask for it. Pray may peace be with you, you and your wife have to ger organized and make sure you have all the documents they are missing..

I had my interview last May 31 but i was expecting then that the CO will give me white paper (refusal paper), Here is my story:

Some of The list of our requirements the embassy sent was Birth Cert and CENOMAR(send directly by the NSO in the Philippines here in Kuwait US embassy) I ordered online as what the embassy instruct me to do and it cost my fiance 45 usd for that original documents though i informed them online that i already have it with me but they wanted the documents sent directly to them by the NSO so i did ordered..and as i received online the receipt notice of my documents from the Philippines it says on the bottom that it will take 4 weeks to 8 weeks before the embassy will get it..so i got shock just after i read the letter..but what i did is i gathered all the other required documents with me all the papers filled up and supporting documents were all prepared and sent to me by my fiance, all the evidence were all ready..after preparing all the other requirements at the embassy I DID SENT THEM AN EMAIL INFORMING THEM THAT ALL OF THE DOCUMENTS NEEDED AT THE INTERVIEW ARE ALL WITH ME EXCEPT FOR THE BIRTH CERT AND SINGLENESS CERT WHICH WILL BE SENT DIRECTLY TO THEM BY THE NSO IN THE PHILIPPINES...after 24 hours i received a reply from the embassy that they're allowing me to have my interview without my birth cert and CENOMAR, that they're just gonna inform me what are their decisions once they get my birth cert and cenomar in mail..and so, I had my interview last May 31..and it went all well and the Co typed in the white form or REFUSAL form that they're going to wait for my birth cert and cenomar and contact me if further decision will be made...and last wednesday they emailed me and asking for my passport, and a copy of my passport and advised me to go to the DHL on post after to give my complete address and contact number for the delivery of my passport with a visa on it..and they advised me if i will receive the mail from the embassy i will just take my passport nd never open the sealed envelop inside....and i was like really crying yesterday on my way home...

Hope my experience will help...u just need to give them those what they put or wrote on the paper they gave u..but u should prepare other supporting documents also...always be prepared and add many prayers..it really help a lot...

Goodluck!!!

WOW!... This peace of info. given here by souufiane is gold! Worth some good $$$! … Hope the OP reads it and takes away all he can from it!

OP I hope you read it.

You have not been denied in a “Final” sort of way!

Send what they asked for ... and you should be ok!

Well OP himself posted that..

Souufiane. I understand this is a heartache for you and your wife. These people here dedicate their time to help you and your wife. If you cannot accept their offer I'd suggest you find a lawyer to listen to. He or she is going to say and ask the same things though, the difference is how much you're getting charged since your wife need to make that call. If your wife decides to pay her way out of it with an immigration attorney you're not even sure to get the visa. If they suspect fraud(well.. "denied" is many things yes) it's in your file. You'd want to know if that's the case, right? Or if it's an itsy bitsy problem? Then have your wife call ASAP and lay off the keyboard for the weekend to spend some time with your wife and stepdaughter to sort this out, support each other : )

They denied your visa. What they returned to you was sensitive personal financial information of your sponsor. What they kept will be sent with the original petition back to USCIS. It has no bearing on your case. You went to an interview and you weren't prepared. At Casablanca, that gets you denied. Work hard to prepare for the next interview, and perhaps you may be successful.

I don't think this is completely true... I think someone can be completely prepared for the interview but the embassy has already made up their minds about an approval or denial.

We have all had our share of broken hearts, and it takes time to heal, but immigration issues are more like running a business, so we have to put aside our pain and our grief so we can start to think clearly so we can take decisive action with one goal in mind--getting our loved ones with us here. That means different things to different people, and maybe you aren't ready yet to handle everything, but know this--we are here to help when ever you ARE ready.

In the meantime, the most important thing you can do is be with your wife if that is possible--we are only seeing your suffering, but we know that she is suffering just as much and maybe more. After you have found solace for a few days, then step back and pretend you are the CO--what did they see in your application, your documentation, your travel history, you know--everything that you sent them and they have access to.. And then go thru every question you were asked, and your answers. Not just the answers, but your tone of voice, your body language, your facial expressions. You absolutely have to look at every single thing from their point of view before you can move ahead, becasue their point of view is all that matters. Do not be defensive or try to justify your actions--that is meaningless and will slow you down.

Make a list of every suspicious piece of data, every suspicious action, every suspicious answer to their questions. Be absolutely critical of every single thing you did and said, and then--only then--can you start to move ahead. Assume the worst in every single thing--they did. And then come back and we will all join together to help you get thru this, no matter how long it takes.

Souf- everyday will get better. You're not the first one that this happened to and certainly not the last. Perhaps spend more time and energy on practicing English so there will be less chances of misunderstanding. Good Luck.
