what to receive when to pass k1 interview

I have completed my interview at the USE in buch and the interviewer said i was approved and I could be to pick up my pport and k1 visa the next day but I had to return to my home town for work so he did advise that they will mail it to me in the next couple of business days and that I must pay a courier fee. My question is.......I thought i was to receive a sealed medical packet back so I could use with my fiance at the POE? Is this not the case or did they forget to give this to me before I did leave? Very confused. Pls help

Did you see that file full of papers in front of the CO during your interview? Remember all those forms and documents you gave them at the interview? All of that stuff is going to be in the sealed envelope they give you. They couldn't have prepared it while you were still there because they were still using the files that are going to go into it. The sealed envelope should be delivered with your passport.
