Sending DS-230 tomorrow. Can my parents make it before wife gives birth on Sept 5?

We are now in the process of submitting the DS-230 once I receive the documents from the Philippines either today or tomorrow. My parents are now in Manila and will be on their 2nd day of their Medical Exam.

If everything runs smoothly, is it possible for my parents to be here before my wife gives birth on Sept 5? Thank you for all your feedback.

yup.

timeticks at NVC are the same for IR-1/CR-1 visas as they are for IR-5 visas. Study those, study interview cycle for Manila, IMO they will be interviewed sometime in August.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Not sure if this will help since it's for CR2. Sent DS230 on January 13 received NVC letter for interview Feb. 8 for March 11 schedule.
