I took a chance and I emailed the consulate to ask if they had received our petition. With all that I have read about Montreal I really did not expect a reply at all, but lo and behold they responded with my packet 3. I don't think I've ever been so happy in my life!

Sending all the forms back tonight!

March 1999 - Met online

July 5th, 2001 - Met in person

December 19, 2003 - Got engaged

September 26, 2004 - Got married in Canada and husband (USC) becomes a PR

July 5, 2007 - Our daughter Samantha is born

April 5th, 2011 - I-130 Submitted to Toronto Consulate

April 29th, 2011 - Interview at Toronto Consulate

June 8th, 2011 - Packet 3 received via email

June 9th, 2011 - Packet 3 returned via Expresspost overnight

June 13th, 2011 - Packet 3 received by Consulate

June 16th, 2011 - Packet 3 Logged

June 16th, 2011 - Packet 4 Dated

June 22nd, 2011 - Packet 4 Logged

September 12, 2011 - Medical in Toronto

September 29, 2011 - Interview - APPROVED!

? - Visa Received

? - POE

Same thing happened to me! I emailed to see if it was received and to change my fiance's address, and they informed me they had mailed packet 3 yesterday, and attached the letter. Does anyone know if I need to wait for packet 3 to actually come in the mail, or can I send back the forms listed on the website right away (DS-230, checklist, two photos, DS-156, DS-156K, DS-160)?

I also had a quick additional question. It says on the consulate website to include two photos, and the DS-156 also has a space where photos should be attached. So should we be putting 4 total photos in our paperwork to send back, or only 2?

I would love to get these out ASAP I just want to make sure I am doing things correctly. Thanks for the help!

Two and make sure you write your Case number on the back of each one and I also put mine in a plastic ziplock bag so they would not get lost.

DCF and K-1 same process?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
