Hello everybody!

I'm almost done filling out my I-130 & I-485 packet. I came here on a B2 Visitor's Visa when I was young and I overstayed. I am now married to a US Citizen and am filing I-130 & I-485. I'm in the US right now. I just read about the I-601, do I need to file one? Thanks for any help!

Probably not if you entered legally and you are here in the US and there are no other issues, such as criminal history.
