hello everyone! I called NVC today and they said that a package of information and documents has been generated and will be sent within the next few weeks. I have everything ready for the I864 and DS230. Should i wait for the documents from NVC(i think it would still be the same forms im going to fill out) or send the documents i have now? Need your expertise guys. Thanks. GOd bless.

Send the AOS and IV packages right away. Don't waste any time waiting for NVC to send you things as it could be awhile.

Hi

i have a question: i paid AOS invoice today, and need to fill out Choice of Agent form (for my parents), but maybe have to mail. Will that take long?

Also, in the package, i dont see any instruction that direct me to the website to fill out i-864 form?

Will i just automatically do it myself, scan and email to them along with all supporting documents?

I really that would be alot of pages to scan & email.

Am I thinking to do it right way?

Thanks

Just a heads up, it's kind of rude to highjack a thread when your question is no where near close to what the OP posted.

For the DS-3032, I'd suggest emailing it. Follow this template: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form If you want to mail it, then coming from Vietnam, it's probably going to take awhile to reach NVC and then it'll take awhile for them to get to it.

For the I-864, you download the form from USCIS. You can find it here: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=b70f8875d714d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCRD&vgnextchannel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD There's no website where you fill out the I-864 online. You print the form out from USCIS, fill it out and then snail mail it in. Vietnam is not an eligible country to fill it out, scan it, and email it in. You have no choice but to snail mail it in. The same goes for the IV package; you have to snail mail it in.
