Pui had her interview and finished almost 2 hours ago. I think this is kind of for me to VENT more then anything. I forget what was checked but what was written is the following:

‎​Please return the medical exam results to BNH hospital in the sealed envelope. Then return them to the us in the sealed envelope along with your passport.

I know if they are asking for the passport she will get her visa. She is at the hospital now and they said it was OLD forms. WTFart! We went there April 18, 2011. We got the forms at the hospital. Talking to her now and the hospital just updated the forms and she is in a taxi going back to the embassy.

She said the lady who interviewed her was not nice and threw her passport back at Pui.

SHE GOT THE VISA!. Sorry about caps. She can pick her visa up June 13th. All that because the hospital gave her OLD forms.

7 other people interviewed for a k-1 and nobody got their visa. Pui met a talked to a lady who was there for her k-1 interview and they asked her for her fiance's 2010 tax info but did not ask for her to return her passport like they asked for Pui, it sounded like the lady knew what she needed to get.

Congrats! We used BNH for Rin's medical. The forms were expired but the embassy accepted them. When we went back to BNH five months later for the children's medical they would not provide forms. We had to leave and go to a nearby internet shop in Silom and print off forms from the embassy's website and take them to BNH.

Thanks rin and john. After talking to Pui more the lady she met who was there for her k-1 interview had the same problem Pui had and she had to go back to Bumrungrad hospital and get the new forms. So it was both hospitals that gave the old forms. Today I've been trying to find out what the newest forms are because I would like to tell future people who will be going through the medical to try and verify with the hospital they went to has the newest forms. I suppose the embassy's website is the best way. I would feel really bad if that happened to one of the people who got their medical at the Chiang Mai hospitals. I'll try and find out from Pui when the lady she met at the interview had her medical done at Bumrungrad.

My fiancee just had her medical exams about a week ago. We downloaded the medical forms from the embassy website as instructed in the letter from the consulate. She took the forms to Bumrungrad Hospital for her exam and the doc did not even use those forms at all, saying it was the wrong forms. The doc used their own forms.

Looks like the hospital and the consulate are not in sync. My fear was that there may be issues with the forms from the doc.

If anyone could please shed more light on this matter. If there is an issue, I want to get it resolve before my fiancee's interview.

Andy, sorry to hear that the interviewer was not so nice to Pui. It makes me mad to hear things like that.

I am now worried and confused because my fiancee gave them the medical forms downloaded from the embassy with expiration date of 07/31/2013.

kkm, no problem I think it is everyone's best interest with sharing. I honestly do not know if you have an issue or not because all of your medical information is sealed in that envelope and you cannot open it. I am not sure if anybody else can shed light on the subject or not. Only thing I can suggest is be prepared for your fiance to have to take a taxi to Bumrungrad after her interview and then back to the embassy. I hope you have the correct forms and do not experience what we went through.

I keep telling Pui to email me everything the lady who interviewed her said. She said she remembers everything. It turns out the lady threw some paperwork at Pui and then after more talking and a few more questions Pui thought the interview was over and started to walk away and the lady called her back and the lady asked why she walked away and Pui said she thought the interview was over and she asked if she would get the visa and the lady said "you have not been listening to me" and threw her passport at Pui. Just because Pui walked away does not give the lady the right to throw her passport at her because she thought the interview was over.

No her interview has not been scheduled yet.

We are waiting to receive her police report to attached with Packet 3 to send to the embassy.

I hope you get the police report soon and you do not experience anything we did when we were at the embassy that was bad. Good luck.
