Hi all,

- i already have an i-130 under process (my brother is U.S. citizenship), can i apply for Diversity Lottery Visas too?

- can my father apply for Diversity Lottery Visas and add me on his application, on 15\09 i will become 21 years old, and the application start on October

- What happened if i canceled my i-130 application?

- Best to apply Diversity Lottery Visas with my family (father and mother) or alone?

You don't qualify to be named as family member on DV lottery - that starts in October, and by that time you'll be 21. Apply on your own merits (education). Yes, you can apply for DV even if you have another petition in the works.

You can't cancel the petition (and no reason to do it), only petitioner - your brother can cancel it.

DV is a lottery with very very small chances of getting choosen, people have "played" for over a decade and still not had luck. Don't cancel the I130 because you think the DV is faster. You may never win

yes i know it is small chance, but maybe i'm lucky , ok i will not cancel the i-130

I pray you will win but even then you must be very sure you have the educational requirements required for DV visas. If you are not sure check out from their website on www.state.gov. Thanks and God bless.
