Hello everybody!

The NOA for my AOS from K1, EAD and AP is dated june 1st and my I94 expired on may 8th.

I will not be traveling on AP but will it be ok to work with my EAD since the noa is dated after the I94 expired?

Thank you!

The expiration of your I-94 is irrelevant. You already have your NOA1.

The EAD and AP card are ment for working before you have your green card.

Once you have your green card the EAD and AP are void.

You cant work unless you have your actual EAD card and SSN.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

You can not legally work off of the NOA1. You must wait for the EAD or the GC to work.

Doesn't matter when the I-94 expired or when the NOA1 is dated. if you have an EAD and your GC is still pending then you're fine. Neither the NOA1 or the I-94 are relevant to working when you have the EAD (or GC).
