i said i dont know i never ask about that i know she only have diploma in school

Answering "I don't know" to any question is bad. The CO asks questions to establish if you have a valid relationship and to answer "I don't know" sends up a red flag every time. Even if it is a question that they have no way of knowing the answer. At my wife's interview they asked her what my favorite food is which they wouldn't know from anything we have sent in. IMO, to not know what kind of diploma your wife has would be an issue in the eyes of the CO. If she has gone to college, then the CO would expect you to have talked about what she studied. If not then he would expect you to know that she only has a high school diploma. Add that to the age difference of 9 years and you now have a couple of red flags for the CO.

Your wife needs to find the website for her congressman and senator. On that website there will be a form she needs to fill out and fax to them giving them authorization to request information on the case. She needs to get that ball rolling first. At the same time, she can continue to try to contact the consulate for more information. I think as one of the previous posters said, they now want to see how the two of you react to the denial.

For the consulate, you can google US Consulate Casablanca and then go to the consulate's web page. The contact information will be on that site.

I agree with everything that has been said. It is clear that CO has not found enough evidence of bona fide relationship. If you are truly in love I would recommend your wife moving to Morocco and living there with you for 6 months or so and then re-submitting CR1. Based on what you said you will spend more time and money on fighting and this will not be fruitful (based on your answers at the interview). Now you need to prove true love and that you are not just after visa. The only way I see it is if she moves to Morocco and you live there for at least 6 months before submitting CR1. I think this is the only viable way now. I would not bother with Congressmen.

Contacting the congressman/senator/consular chief really isn't going to accomplish anything at this point. They're going to tell you that the petition has already been sent back, give you a diplomatic pouch number, and tell to wait to hear from NVC. I've only heard of one person who's managed to get Casablanca to hold their case for a second interview, and they were denied at the second interview as well.

Since this is a CR-1, there will be a review. It will take about a year. During this time, it'd be best if your wife came to visit you again in Morocco, and you really should sit down with her and prepare for a second interview. When they contact her regarding the review of your case, have a response prepared with further evidence. Tell her to read other people's experiences on this site about denials in Morocco, to further prepare both of you for the review to come. You've got a long road ahead of you, but this can be overcome. I've had 2 dear friends who were previously denied in the past year that were able to have their Moroccan spouses join them in America. It takes time. Try to be patient and smart about this. Good luck.

Casa does not write the reason on the 221g. The OP seems to have a few red flags(according to his other topic) that a known to be a issue in Casa.

To the OP- Your wife needs to contact the Consulate, Senators and Congressman since she is the US Citizen. There is nothing you can do at this moment. If they send your case back you could be waiting another 6 to 12 months. Have your wife get proactive now.
