Need advice and help

Hello All,

I tried using the search button to find my answer, but to no avail. So I am asking if you all can give me your advice on how to proceed with my situation. NVC sent the documents to Moscow Embassy for processing on May 13. Olya had to move to Kurgan and left Yekaterinburg, prior to being contacted by the embassy (could not be avoided). So my questions is what can we do now? I sent an e-mail to the embassy asking if they would call her on her mobile (probably not going to happen). How do we get the embassy to schedule the medical exam and interview if Olya is not living in the city I wrote in the I-129F? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

First of all, the embassy doesn't schedule the medical - she does. (At her convenience.)

Secondly, if you're in e-mail contact with the embassy they can let you know when the date will be and you can relay that to her. They'd probably copy her on the e-mail as well if she has an e-mail address. Or, you could forward it.

It's really not a big deal, you just have to find out the date and then relay it to her.

Download those from the Embassy website. The online form us filled out online and then printed out from online and that is brought to the interview.

Thanks Slim and Baron, Olya's interview date is set for June 22. They actually called her and told her. Now the fun begins. :bonk:
