Next step is to wait for an email from NVC they send in the email the case number and tells you that your beneficiary must choose an agent and address and also they send in the same email an invoice for I-864 for $88.

Is not a long wait it just like 20 or25 days.

Now relax and be ready for document you need for I-864

GOD BLESS MY FRIEND!!

nope, nowadays, the waiting is over 3 years, because the petitioner is LPR, it takes years of waiting until the priority date becomes current.

now my friend, the visa bulletin every month will become your best friend.

Find the monthly Visa Bulletin, pay attention to The Visa Category and Priority Date.

When yours become 'current', a VISA # is available and THEN you'll start the NVC Processing.

How long to become current? Unknown!

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
