NOA2 What to do next

Hey guys I've asked this a few times on other peoples posts but haven't yet received a straight answer... So here is my Question.

I have called NVC for our MTL case number, but they haven't received anything yet, keep in mind our NOA2 date was only 27/05/2011 we were told it could take 15 days.. Anyway, obviously we would like the process to be as quick and painless as possible, so we are trying to get everything done now. What I would like to know is step by step what we should do... from what I've read so far I believe below is what I need to do step by step .. but I still have questions about it...

1.) Contact NVC for MTL case number

2.) Once we have MTL case number call DOS to see if packet3 has been sent

3.) Once packet 3 has been sent, then can we send off the required forms without actually having received packet3 yet (This would save a lot of time) If we can send off the forms, which forms need to be sent and which do we take with us (obviously, I'm making copies of everything I send so that I have everything with me at the interview)

4.) Once we send back the forms required do we have to wait until MTL receives these and sends packet4 or can we go ahead and complete whats requested of us from packet4 right away?? I believe with packet4 it just scheduling an interview date, Medical, DHL ??? I tried to schedule a medical but they said I had to have an interview date first...

So am I missing anything guys??? Can anyone help me understand which forms need to be sent and which just need to be taken to the interview??? What is that address we send everything too.... Sorry if this is really confusing.. cause I know i'm really confused and just trying to wrap my head around everything..

; Hi!!

I am in the same stage as you are. I received our NOA2 May 31st (after 7 long months), and I called today and they already received our package.

Your list is correct.. Package3 is a list of the forms you have to send to the Embassy/Consulate (DS-230/part 1, DS-156, DS156K) Affidit of support form I-134 is what you have to take with you to the interview. These 4 forms = package3!!

Me and Aaron will also send in our forms DS-230/part1, DS-156 and DS-156K as soon as US Consulate in Amsterdam received our petition.

About the address you have to send these forms to, depends on what your Consulate/Embassy is =)

Good luck!!!

Sorry you are posting in the Canada section of the forums, it is NOT the same as the Netherlands. You don't send the forms to the consul you bring them with you. Different places have different rules.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.
