*** Not a K-3 visa topic, as K-3 visa seekers not file an I-864 . Moving to IR-1/CR-1 forum ***

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Okay quick question, Im currently unemployed and so I didnt file taxes for 2010. I live with my parents temporarily and basically I would be using his taxes to fill out the I-864. His income meets the poverty guideline but do I need to turn in anything because I checked and I noticed that we both need to fill out the I-864A "Contract between Sponsor and Household Member" and it asks for my past 3 taxes, I didnt file cuz of unemployment, is this bad?

petitioner is primary sponser, must file I-864 using petitioner's info

co-sponser/joint sponser is yet another human, I-864 filled out using their info

both I-864's are to be submitted to NVC, best if submitted together.
