I'm a student in Arizona, but my parents live in Washington state. Could I file my petition through their address even though I plan on living here (in AZ) after my fiance and I get married? That way I could apply through NSC and take advantage of the shorter wait time. Did anyone on this site do anything like that???

AZ, but i've been told that doesn't matter. It's where you live that determines where you file...

Yes, NSC and TSC petitions, will all eventually make their way to CSC. Whether you file in Washington or Arizona, it wont make any difference in speed. CSC owns it.

If there was a way, I would have found it long ago. :)

You might as well file from Arizona though. That way it will go directly to California. If you file through your Washington address, it will have to go through Nebraska, and then California. I guess filing through Arizona may shave off a couple weeks if you're lucky, but it's anyones guess. Good luck.

You get a "B-" for effort if you want an "A" you have to move to Vermont :lol:
