The irony is that the older generation had the same contempt for the younger generation back when Pete Townsend and the Who recorded that song. I was thinking you and ol' Pete were from that generation and you'd see the irony in your comments, but perhaps I'm wrong.

I am not Pete Townsend and I take no responsibility for his sentiments. He is junky waster and he wouldn't like me. You are not ALL the young and you don't represent all the young either - you have no respect for the young or the old. I take people for what they are and I take you for what you are. My granddaughter is 17 and beautiful and balanced and wouldn't talk like you - she wouldn't wear the likes of you for a minute. Too much class, too much understanding and compassion for people of all ages.
