What is the time lapse between DS3032 and IV Bill?

I sent in the DS-3032 about 3-4 weeks ago and was wondering when I can expect the IV bill to arrive. Is there a way to check status with NVC?

I thought that I had to wait for something physical to arrive in the mail. btw, I am the agent. I don't even know what IV bill is in the first place.

When you exchange e-mails after you recive your NVC number and IIN, all of the info is sent to you via e-mail.
