We are in the same boat. My fiancée paid the fee Monday at 11 am. By tuesday morning the fee was still not active in their system. My fiancee is going to the back to inquire about the fee on that end. Is there a way to find out where it is in the processing? Does BPI lose fees?

My fiancee called USem Manila again this morning (manila time), agent said that they are migrating to their new system and said thats the reason why our payment is not activated yet agent told my fiance to call back again tomorrow coz they working on it already. We used all means available addressing our concern, I even tweeted to USem Manila asking who activates the payment, and leave post on the facebook offical fan page but as expected they gave me typical response giving links duh Seems like all june 6 payment having a prob scheduling

Let's hope all be fixed real soon. Goodluck to us!

Dang. That is the same I found out after 1 hour on the phone with them. The problem is, everyday they delay, the futher out her inverview will be. We will be into august before they get this straighed out. Argggg!!!!

I paid for the visa fee at BPI around 11am this morning & was able to schedule an interview appointment online around 7pm.

Has anyone tried rescheduling with the new system? I booked the 1st one available which was July 18 already. I wanna try rescheduling to an earlier date if possible but I'm afraid if I try to resked, it may delete the initial date I chose before I can decide.

I guess I got lucky because last December I paid and scheduled all at the same day.. Gosh they are so inconsistent

Some people schedule an interview online, then they call the call center and are able to reschedule to an earlier interview date. I have not heard of any problems doing it this way.

yes the receipt # is the passport #. anyway i spoke with a bpi customer rep, she said they have a system maintenance since june 4th/over the weekend up to this time and she doesnt know when would be their system be back to normal but they working on it already. well lets hope their system will be fixed today

Dont expect that to work, i think they are having issues with the scheduling website. Mother-in-law paid the visa fee @ 11:am and by the next day its still not activated, even tried using both the receipt and passport no#. Suggest you call the call center instead. She's already scheduled for interview this Monday..June 13.

Thanks God I was able to set an interview appointment online latest July 19. I hope all those who have same case as mine already had their interview appointment set already

I paid last Tue, June 7 at 3pm and I was able to get a July 12 interview the next day, Wednesday on-line. I called them again today Thursday and the lady on the other line said the earliest she gave today was July 20. She can't access the calendar unless I cancel my July 12 , which I am hesitant to do because I might lose it and have to re-sked to a much later interview date.

hello gudam......i just want to ask about the MRV fee.....i paid mine last may 24, 2011 at 3pm......just got the chance to come online today (was in the hospital for a week) from that time of payment to make an interview appointment.....but when i was in the blank where i have to put the receipt number which i know is the passport number, it still says that no service fee can be found.....i was wondering because its been weeks already from the time i paid the MRV fee but until now it says its not activated.....pls pls pls if you have any suggestions or comments about it , it would help me and my fiance so much.....thank you and God bless :-)
