how many hrs to wait before bpi payment made activated?

Hi guys, based on your experience how long before you were able to sched your interview online? I am having a hard time scheduling mine, its says "no service fee can be found". I read somewhere that payment is activated after 4 hrs. we trying to call usem also but unfortunately cant get trhough at this time. patienceeee hmmmm

hi dear,,,base on my experience it took 10hrs to get my BPI payment activated...coz i payed at 11am then it took effect at 9pm...dont worry you can call the embassy until 10pm today..just call them before they close...im pretty sure u can be scheduled...

omg thats horrible. My fiance called usem and agent said same thing my payment is not activated yet. wow thought 4 hrs. website even said 3 hours if payment made before 1:30pm :wacko:

hi dear,,,base on my experience it took 10hrs to get my BPI payment activated...coz i payed at 11am then it took effect at 9pm...dont worry you can call the embassy until 10pm today..just call them before they close...im pretty sure u can be scheduled...

okie dear thanks for the info. anyway will just keep trying until my laptop keyboard gave up LOL.

Did you try entering your passport number in the "Receipt Number" textbox?

yes that's what i did and still unlucky to to get an interview sched. will just keep trying :)

I paid mine 9:20am today. i called BPI, customer rep said they dont have system that tells if my payment was activated at USem already, however they got my record of payment on their database. My fiance called USem and agent said payment not activated yet. :no: :no:

I hope can get within this hr.

I am having the same problem. She paid at 11:00am today and still not activated at 10:00pm. Just to make sure that I am using the right receipt number. Is it the passport number only? Thanks

yes the receipt # is the passport #. anyway i spoke with a bpi customer rep, she said they have a system maintenance since june 4th/over the weekend up to this time and she doesnt know when would be their system be back to normal but they working on it already. well lets hope their system will be fixed today ;)
