Hi everyone!

My fiance (beneficiary) lives in Taiwan and just got packet 3 with instructions about filling out more forms and sending it back.

I know I've got to get the I-134 filled out and sent back to her.

Just wanted to clarify what else I need to send. I'm above the 125% of the poverty line

- Paycheck stubs from the last few months?

- IRS tax transcript? http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0,,id=110571,00.html

- Last few years of W-2 forms?

- Letter from employer verifying full time employment?

- Letter of intent again?

Beneficiary sends completed Forms to U.S. Embassy. Besides the forms she has to fill out and send, will she send it the I-134 only or all the supporting documents mentioned above? I've read about bringing some to the interview later. Just want to know what to send and what to hold on to.

She said on the instructions they mentioned paying a fee when she sent the form back to the U.S. Embassy. Is that correct?

Thanks everyone for your time and help!
