As far as I know, they want more information that just proof of address- ie who you lived with and their contact info. But hopefully some of our Vietnam experts will come along and answer you.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Its something pretty specific to HCMC/VN... They usually ask for a document from you or your SO showing where you have lived for the past 10 years and with whom.. the dates. addresses phone numbers .. etc...

example

dates address Ph# others residing there concurrent dates of residency

1997 - present ----- 123 mypast ave.. utica NY.... Ph# ------------- jim Doe 97-99

1980-1997 you get the idea...

w-2's not needed.. only financial info is for I 864 which would be 3 years tax transcripts...and the last or very recent pay stub to show the job is current.
