I had my interview in London on Friday and was very nervous, but there was no need! All I took were:

Passport

Interview letter

MRV receipt

Police certificate with photocopy

Birth certificate with photocopy

I-134 with supporting docs (I took employer letter, last tax transcript, mortgage balance, copies of pay slip, stock & bonds, bank statement - but all they took were the employer letter and tax transcript)

2 photos

That was it. They didn't ask for anything else, and hardly asked me any questions. Only "When did I plan to leave, How did I meet my fiancee, When did we plan to marry and where, what did she do for a living".

Be prepared for a long wait - Take a good book! I was in there from 8.30 until 11.30, but my 2 interviews lasted only 10 mins in total!

Good luck!
