Hi, I already have some of evidences for my ROC packet. But I can not make a decision whether to include these stuffs or not. Just wondering if you guys can give me your opinion. Here they are:

  • Baby's ultrasound photos
Now I am having our very first child together, the pregnancy is 19 weeks now, so I have 12th and 16th weeks ultrasound photos.
  • Car insurance
This is joint car insurance that has my name on it as well as my husband. My concern is just this joint insurance starts not too long ago, which is on May 2011 while I am about to send my packet this June 13th. I was just thinking probably USCIS will think what happened to the previous month and year. Well, that is just my thought.
  • Verizon bill statement
We have a family phone plan for the two of us. But in the online bill statement there is no my name on it, just my husband and our phone numbers. We both can not figure out how to put my name in the statement.

So, what do you think, which one should I include and not? Thank you so much!

IMO, do not include the Verizon bill since it does not have your name it. From what I know of a sonogram, it will only have your name on it, so I would not include the sonograms either since it's likely they only have your name on it.

Go ahead and include the car insurance policy, if USCIS decides they want to question it, you can explain how you went about obtaining the policy and when it took effect.

Just my two cents.

If you have 2 cellphones on a Verizon plan. You need to go to the Verizon office/store and tell them you want your name associated to your cellphone number and your husbands name to his. They will change the bill statement to show both the phone numbers one with his name one with yours.

Its hard to get them to do it/understand but they do it for you. I had to ask them 3 times to change it for me because they didn't the first 2 times. They cannot put both names on the billing address but they can put your name beside your cellphone number in the bill.
