i filed my AOS and EAD last april 27. 2011 still no reply

i'm worried. USCIS got my AOS/EAD packet last may 2. 2011 and i still don't get any answer from them. do you guys think i have to call them?

i made a money order from the US postal office for AOS payment. $985 for AOS and $85 biometrics separately. is there anyone does it before? hope uscis accept it. =(

Dont worry this is normal.i filled my AOS package april 18,2011 i received my NOA1 for all forms at may,24,2011 and after one week i received my biometric appointment for jun,8,2011. so i think that every things is OK with you. all you need is being patient.

i hope that these timeline will benefit you.

I filed ours with Chicago. It was received on May 3rd, and the NOA1 (Receipt) was dated May 31st.

You should have it shortly.

hello there, my NOA for EAD, AOS and biometrics appointment arrives today. it's funny that yesterday i was worried and then the next day god hear my prayers. god is good..

my time line:

AOS JOURNEY

03-20-2011: Married!!

04-27-2011: I-485/EAD mailed via USPS.(Delivered 5/2/11)

06-6-2011: NOA1 hardcopy received in mail (receipt for EAD, AOS and BIOMETRICS appointment)

06-29-2011: appointment date for BIOMETRICS.

I guess my case is still safe. I'm just worried cause we will be moving to Guam as soon as my husband got his order. maybe i need to pray for more patience and hope USCIS hurry up a bit.

i havent hear anything since i sent my aos application.Thursday will be the third week. Consider yourself lucky.

Looks like this is the current trend with AOS. I filed mine on May 23rd, got there on May 25th (package delivered and signed for by: D.NESBIT). Check has not been cashed nor has there been any notice yet, whatsoever. Let's all hope for the best and may everyone get approved without any problems... Good luck to everyone and God bless!!!

Hi guys!i'm also a May filer,and i got my notice letters yesterday including the biometrics appointment. I tried to get into my case status but when i entered the receipt number it said "cannot be found". I dont even get an email or text from USCIS though i attached an e-notification form in my packet.

Is there a problem with me logging in the case status? Hope to hear from u...

We sent out the package with a lawyer on May 10th. Will let you guys know when we get the letter!
