DS-3032 question. Does my wife has to sign or just send the email??

I want to know if my wife has to sign the

DS-3032 or just send the email Template

Where is says that I her husband will be

Her agent.

Or she has to send the regular form DS3032 as an attachment

Sign it as well!??

Just sending the e-mail worked for us. A lot of people send the e-mail and send a hard copy 3032.....

It is typically just a day or two--in our case it was less than 24 hours--shocked the @%$& out of us.

we never got a response, but I just called the NVC after a couple of days and made sure they got it.

You are getting very close--usually just a few weeks to get thru NVC and then on to the interview !!!

Hmmm. Completed the DS-261 on Memorial day weekend. Still haven't received a response on my step-daughter's petition. Wife's came through pretty quickly and I've already paid that fee.

We also sent the opt-in email for electronic processing but haven't heard diddly on that one yet.

I'm going to call them on Tuesday because right now I can't pay my stepdaughters IV bill.

just send the email template of it.. it also worked for me... if your unsure have your wife sign it and scan in into a pdf file then email it with the template
