Hi Guys...

Im really confused... even though we submitted everything all the originals at NVC...

My wife keeps telling me that she will have to submit things at VFS and she will need to go there...

i asked her where she heard this from and she said from an immigration agent back in India...

i told her there is nothing more needed and we don't need to go to VFS to submit anything because we don't have anymore documents to submit...

im really confused... from asking other members on VJ I think she might be referring to go and pay for courier fees... for the passport to be sent back to her once the interview is done...

we are going to Mumbai Embassy... and i know that Mumbai Embassy does allow for the visa's to be personally picked up in the evening time...

so my question is do we still go and pay the shipping fees...

any recent interview at Mumbai might help clear things up....

thanks

She will have to pay the fee's even if she does not submit anything to them. She can go to Ahmadabad and take care of it if she does not want to go Mumbai. She has to go I believe 10 working days prior to Interview date. She will need her interview paper to be able to pay the fee's.

My wife will be doing the same thing...she WILL get her passport that evening with the visa. I do not want it to go through the courier system.

Hi again, I'm a little confused as to how can be so sure that your wife will have her visa in hand the evening of her interview.

I'm still navigating through the threads related to this, but from what I see it seems we're stuck with the VFS service. Clearly I'm missing a step or two in my reading- can you please clarify?

Many thanks!
