hi can anyone tell me what is on the singleness certificate is it a document that says you are not married or does it just list all your marriages in Nicaragua?

do only k1 visas need it or is it used for I130 to ?

"El certificado de solteria" is a document that states the civil status of a single person. As far as I understand, it will only be extended if the person has never been married. By Nicaraguan law, you have to obtain one in order to present it to the judge before you marry. That is only when you are getting married in Nicaragua. So, I-130 filers don't need one because they can't obtain one. They are not single anymore.
