Wow Kish I just realized I got my acceptance letter the same date you did & mine also went to California. Does this mean my NA02 could come any day? I was expecting to wait 2+ more months to get the NA02. I've been so confused looking at all these numbers trying to figure out how long it will be. On that statistic page it says the average at California is 101 days or something but like everyone on here says how they've waited 6+ months and still haven't heard anything so I didn't know if I should believe the statistic. I've been depressed thinking its gonna be much longer but this is getting my hopes up.

I am curious to know what the least amount of time you have heard to receive the NOA2 for the K1. I saw some timelines that showed 4 weeks after NOA1 receival. I really don't believe it...

That's crazy!

(in a good way)

If you don't believe that some people received their NOA2 in 4 weeks then you definitely won't believe that we received ours in 8 days! I couldn't believe it either!

I guess they expedited yours for the Haiti earthquake?

How does this happen?

Requested expedite due to military, we don't know if we were ever given it or not because it was approved 5 days later and then the next week we got a letter from USCIS asking for military documentation to prove the deployment so expedite could be considered by USCIS and it was already at the consul in Canada. So we ignored the letter.

We were approved in 23 days from our NOA1. However, back then it was moving fast for a lot of people.

Its possible that you'll be next. I have a timeline buddy who sent in their application the same date as ours as well as their NOA1. They got approved first, we got approved the next day. Like what I said every case is different. Keep your heads up and don't lose hope. Let your dreams live in you heart and be positive for it will come when its time. Good luck! :)

Maybe someone will come back from coffee break and pick ours up off the floor... it would take nothing short of a miracle to achieve anything like those timeframes without an expedite at VSC

(but he's worth the wait)
