We were dunned today because we did not bring the i-94 when we went in for name change after

marriage. It could be the person helping us was wrong or it may be required for all I dont know but

I advise you bring it. This by the same person who told us last week all we needed was to show the license.

We hope our little mistake benifits your name change process and you dont lose time from work like Moi.*

*My unofficial list is

1. Passport

2. Original marriage license

3. SS card or receipt

4. Original I-94

Yup - gotta have the I-94 (otherwise they can't tell if it's valid).

They stamped our I94 to the passport. I thought they always do...
