Ok so right now im on AOS for a K1-Visa, and my AOS expires in may, err this might sound strange but what next do i need to do any more interviews? how much will the next stage cost me, when do I apply, will my work visa cancel before the next stage is done?

After i do this next stage, is there anymore? i hate filling paperwork in, and the waiting.

thanks

Jason

I did try read the FAQ above but it keeps telling me the board is offline?

Sorry, can't make sense out what you wrote. An AOS doesn't 'expire'.

What stage are you actually at; other questions can't be addresed til then.

OK, your AOS was completed when you were made a Permanent Resident (Green Card). In the 90 days before it expires, you must file to Remove Conditions (I-751). All the links and info are in the pinned post at the top of this forum.

While you should be interviewed by law, typically that requirement is waived and most couples are approved without interview. If you are called for one, it doesn't "mean" anything necessarily.

The current cost is posted at uscis.gov ($205? Triple check when it's time for you to file) plus photocopies, postage and photographs (passport only). Your work and travel permissions do not expire with the card IF you have properly filed I-751. Please read past posts for information on what others have included with their petitions.

And, try the FAQ again, it's probably up.
