What extra spending - aside from the winding down stimulus spending - has Obama actually signed off on? Proof positive that Obama isn't the big spender causing the huge deficits is that all it takes for Congress to do to close the deficit in less than a decade is to do NOTHING AT ALL. Let that sink in. If Congress does NOTHING AT ALL, the deficit disappears in less than a decade. The huge deficits we're looking at have two main causes: 1) The two unfunded wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and 2) the 2001/2003 tax cut packages that have been extended. Take away these two items and there isn't any historic deficit left. Now, I fault Obama for having extended the Bush tax cuts and for not having drawn the line under the useless wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. A big spender, he is not. He's initiated less in spending, much less, then the GOP run Congress earlier this decade.

Any and all sense of reality has disappeared from your brain. In fact you win the prize for saying the biggest moronic statement in if not history but at least the past decade. Even his blind brain dead sheep acknowledge his spending.blink.gif

I asked the question earlier: What new big spending - aside from the relatively insignificant stimulus package (roughly 40% of which were tax cuts which you right wingers supposedly support) - has Obama signed off on? Thus far, only crickets. So bring it. Or is that too heavy a lift for an old man?

Which spending has Obama signed off on - as in new spending not the stuff already on the books from previous administrations? Show me.

Again, I asked the question multiple times now and have yet to see an answer. What spending has Obama signed off on that adds to the baseline that was established prior to his taking office? I acknowledge the stimulus spending. That was about $425Bn (can't count the rest since those were tax cuts which according to right of center theology isn't spending. So, aside from less than half a trillion dollars (that's a total and has no bearing on long term deficit and debt aside from the debt service which is negligible in the grand scheme of things), what new spending did Obama sign off on? Tell me that you got something other than the crickets I've heard thus far.

Dude, the laughing at you is going to take a long time to get over.

Also should tell you up front that anything you say in the future can't possibly be taken seriously. You blew it big time.whistling.gif

Now look, it doesn't bother me when ignorant people laugh about facts. You can't answer my question and that's really all the answer I need. Laugh all you want. You still don't have a case. Prove me wrong if you can. Go ahead, give it a shot. But I know there will be more silly emoticons and crickets absent of an actual argument.
