This may have been asked here before but everywhere I look, I find confusing information. What exactly do I need to bring to my CR1 Visa interview? I will obviously bring the appointment letter and copies of all the papers I've previously sent to the NVC, but do I need anything else? I keep reading about passport pictures but when I check the official US Embassy website, I find no mentioning of it. Thanks!

My understanding of this, but still at NVC stage at the moment.... is that anything that you feel will support your relationship such as photos copies of other documents submitted as you correctly stated, emails, chat logs, phone logs ,but only a random selection perhaps 6 or 7 of each to help support the current evidence they have.

If you have read about photos, not sure as I have not seen anything to the same, but cant hurt to take a couple of US style.

I am sure all those that have been asked for different things will be along to tell you, good luck all the same!

When I received my interview appointment, a checklist with things to bring was included with it. This list said to bring two photos (2x2 inches) and since one of these photos ended up being used for the actual visa that is now in my passport, I thought that the same goes for everyone. They might do things differently at other embassies, however.

See all I received was a very vague letter that stated that my I am now in the final stage of processing and the date and time of my appointment.

Was the I-130 filed in London or the US? This is posted in DCF so I assmue that's what you are? Because the process is different for London filers and US filers, for example DCF bring all the paper work to the interview whilst US filers send it in advance.

DCF 2 US style passport photos are required.

No DCF. It was filed in the US and I had to send all my paperwork to the NVC in the US (and was told it will be forwarded to the Embassy)
