Legalization of paperwork in DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

Hi everyone I just got word that now the "legalizaciones" is valid for 3 months instead of its usual 30 day window. Anyone heard the new news???

Newbie, birth certificates legalizados do not expire, at least not right away. The police certificate does so don't risk yourself. Just get it two weeks or three priot to the interview

According to Junta Central Electoral in DR birth certificates inextensa legalizadas, divorce certificates inextensa legalizadas, marriage certificates inextensa legalizadas have a 30 day validity period. Yes police certificates do have a 30 day validity period as well.

I want him to legalize his birth certificate on my next trip, but if its only valid for 30 days, what's the point? I will have him inquire and the post.

as i stated before my love, trust me, i've gotten mines already and its valid for quit a while maamcita, you have nothing to worry abt when it comes to the birth certificate. have your fiance look into that by calling the JCE or going there himself to get it.
