The NVC sent me an email stating:

The NVC recently received this petition. The appropriate agent

(applicant, petitioner, or attorney) will receive instructions for the

further processing of this petition within 6 to 8 weeks.

Though there is no case number yet assigned, atleast somehow i know that they already received our case. Looking forward for faster transactions with NVC. Hehehe... Goodluck to all of us!

I didnt get one but i am familiar with the letter as my mother received one a year ago.

I just signed up and I am glad to be the part of the thread. I am a spouse of LPR and I currently reside in the US, my PD is 12.12.2010 and my I-130 was approved on May 17th 2011. I still didn't get my case number from NVC. It has been almost a month, how can I get it?

If you have specific questions about a case, please contact the NVC.By E-mail

The NVC’s e-mail address is NVCINQUIRY@state.gov.

You need to call them and provide your email address and collect IIN number and invoice to pay bill of 88

they already ask my email address n my beneficiary. then i asked is it possible to submit my requirements n payments. they said no. just wait the instructions becAUse you pd is not available yet?

yeah... it is same thing msg. then after that they will send u a letter with case number. then thats it.. still waiting..... huhuhu waiting for pd become current
