Yeah, sorry I didn't update it till my partner got forms from lawyer juts to make sure of what forms they were and went in to do some paper work.

Once NVC has collected the bills do they expire in a year? eg: if my priority date is not current within a year will I have to pay all these bills again?

well that's great news............. i have already updated u guys abt one on my family friend who's priority date is august 2010 and she recently paid IV and AOS.

MY PD is 11/2010 . My case is now competed at NVC . I have paid all the fees and provided all the documents . It has been 7 weeks since my case is completed. They told me to wait 8 weeks for further instructions. .

excellent... your case is going to be on hold for several months. they will have no update for you in 8 weeks... please keep up updated

I guess the interview date depends on how busy the Embassy is at the beneficiaries Home Land. A friend of mine got her interview date assigned at the end of her 8th week wait. Her PD date was not current.

Below is what is stated on FAQ page of NVC website.

USCIS Sent My Immigrant Visa Petition to the NVC. Now What Happens?

If your Priority Date meets the most recent Qualifying Date, the NVC will:

1.Invoice you for your visa application fees

2.Collect your visa application and supporting documentation

3.Hold your visa petition until an interview can be scheduled with a consular officer at a U.S. Embassy or U.S. Consulate General abroad.

If your Priority Date DOES NOT meet the most recent Qualifying Date, the NVC will notify you and hold your petition until your Priority Date meets the most recent Qualifying Date. The Department of State updates the Qualifying Dates on a monthly basis.

wow! i wish my case will be completed soon like yours. Atleast your agony is for your PD to become current, unlike us, no documents ask from NVC yet. Stay in touch, and keep us updated!

Do you still have the email (reply from NVC) when you sent email of DS-3032? What did they tell you?

i got another email reply on 7/14/2011 from the COA email i sent them o n 7/7/2011 saying the case cant be processed.

I am using my cell phone. I know you posted a message/reply about 2 or 3weeks ago you got from them. I know it is not the same message.. Know the message just says (in a nut shell) that the case is not elegible for further processing at this time. I can post the message if you want but it will be in 1-2 days.
