Just a heads up... If anyone decides to buy a round-trip ticket to save some cash, be sure you cancel the return ticket after arriving in the US. There have been cases where the passenger didn't show up for the return flight (for obvious reasons), and the airline ended up selling the seat to a standby passenger without updating their passenger manifest. The net result is that the passenger manifest they sent to DHS showed the original passenger leaving the US. This ended up being a big problem when the K1 showed up for their AOS interview and the IO insisted they had left the US without advance parole, and demanded proof of how they reentered the US.

12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!
