It is closing in on 90 days since we filed for my husband's AOS and EAD. We haven't had many updates, and if we don't hear anything after the 90 days, we plan to schedule an Infopass appointment to get an interim EAD.

My question is, for Orange County, CA, where would I do this? The District Office is Santa Ana, but when I look at the Processing Dates for that office, EAD is not listed as Form you can apply for at that office. Only Dates for I-485, N-400 and N-600 are listed. Are there any OC people that had to Infopass for EAD, and where did you go?

I am sorry to hear about that. I live in OC too. My case I got EAD after Biometics 33 days. I dont know if you can do infopass for EAD. It was normal approved withing 90 days after you get Biometics. By the way, I think you can show up, get infopass and ask about your EAD status. Wish you get a good news soon.
