My fiance cannot access much of visajourney from the Philippines. I am located in USA and can see everything. If she tries to access visa journey home page she gets an error, After a lot of work, she is finally able to get into Philippine portal. However she is unable to exercise full functionality of the page. Can anyone help me?

What, if anything, can she do to make posts and see the full site? How can she join the site from abroad?

i'm from Philippines.. it can be just a browser issue or depends on the configuration of her computer / laptop that she is using.. i have two laptops and the other one can't view the sites that my other laptop can... if that is the case just reset the browser.

She can join the site by clicking the "Register" button on the home page and input infos there. She can make posts by viewing a topic which belongs to the type of forum she would like to have her concerns posted and she will then click the "start new topic" button and type her inquiries/concerns there. Just like what you did, same process.

Thanks for ur replies. She cannot register because she cannot access that function. She cannot access the home page at all and cannot log in. In all cases she gets an error message when she tries. Her connection is a slow one and possibly that is a factor. If It is her browser, what might she do to remedy it? When I was in the Philippines, I did use her laptop to register for the site in March but our Internet connection was from a place different from where she lives today. Her ISP is Global Smart.

She may have to talk to the Internet Provider, and make sure the site is not blocked. Philippines is like that in certain spots, especially the Internet Cafes, where viewing certain "questionable" material will get you in trouble.

Ewok has a lot of problem with spammers from certain countries, perhaps he blocked that ISP address. You can contact him by using Contact US
