A lot of other factors will go in to the CO's decision, but generally, just visiting one time and getting officially engaged at that visit will be a problem. This could be offset by the length of time you have known each other online prior to the visit (long time will help). But could be made worse by age difference (if she is older) and a number of other factors. I believe Morocco is considered a high fraud consulate which means there is no easy answer. You will have to look at your case as a whole and see what red flags you have that might cause a denial and address each of these for the consulate. Don't count on bringing a lot of evidence making a difference. Generally the CO's don't look at this. I know for China, the EOR letter was a big deal and this along with pictures was all he looked at.
