Lost money order for AOS

We sent money order for the AOS fee bill on may 10 and im afraid it is lost ,because the website shows no registered payment.Also when i last spoke with an operator ,he confirmed that the payment is not receieved.In the same time i recieved on my email:

"The National Visa Center (NVC) has received all required fee payments for the immigrant visa case of

.......................... Each applicant must now complete an Application for

Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration. Please go to the Department of State website at

www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov and follow the instructions displayed."

Why they sayin all fee payments for the immigrant visa if they didnt receieved my money order for the AOS?And should i have to send another money order now ? if we send again money order ,do we need another bar code from NVC or we just can send it with our case number ,names and dates of birth..

USCIS:

10/13/2010-marriage

11/15/2010-I-130 packet received

11/17/2010-notice date

11/23/2010-last update

04/08/2011-I-130 Approved

04/16/2011-received NOA2 hard copy

NVC:

22/04/2011-received NVC case number

First step would be to contact the MO Issuer and confirm if it's been cashed. If it has get proof from them and contact NVC with that proof.

If not then maybe use the online payment portal but don't forget to cancel the MO and get your money back.


Must have info for bringing your Philippine wife/fiancee's child to the US
