The email content :

We have reviewed the documents which you submitted in support of application for an immigrant visa. Please review the information listed under each applicant's name and provide any documents which are indicated as missing or need additional information. You must submit the required information.

it is also including

Priority date : 28JUN2010

(what is the date refer to?)

Instructions

Immigrant Visa Application : The NVC has received the requested affidavit of support form (I-864) for this case. However, we are still waiting for the Immigrant Visa Application (DS-230) and corresponding civil documents for each travelling applicants.

(I sent I-864 on May 20, and sent DS-230 on May 25 by USPS, but my husband lost the tracking number so we can't tracking it.)

What should I do now? Should I reply the email to NVC explain that I have sent the DS-230 and documents. Or should I call the NVC? Or maybe I just have to wait until Jun 28? I really confuse now.

Any suggestion or maybe advice would be so much help for me. Thank you.

You sent it. They got it. Relax and wait for SIF and CC.

I sent in my packages at the same time but separately to the depts. They loaded my ds 230 and kept sending me a FALSE RFE for the AOS pkg for several days. It took about another week for the AOS pkg to be loaded but once it did they closed the case and did the final review and put us in que for the interview. Give it some time and do call them from time to time to check and unless you get a REAL RFE...just wait on your interview letter via email ....good luck

Probably about a week or so... but dont stress if you get an RFE for one package or the other one...it would simply mean they weren't loaded at the same time.

NVC is a different kind of waiting--you will generally hear nothing until the embassy interview is assigned unless there is an RFE--while at USCIS, you wanted to hear something--at NVC you hope that you hear nothing !!

hi~everyone~

I also get the e-mail from NVC today(08/06/2011).

This e-mail is as EXACTLY same as PetiteYellow's.

Actually I sent my I-864 form and my mother's DS-230 form at the same time on the 23th of July.

I checked USPS tracking number and both of them were received by NVC on the 28th of July.

However, I will call NVC on Monday to make sure my I-864 form and my mother's DS-230 form are OK.

Wish me LUCK ! : P
